- Caring Hands & Shoulders: When you are doing LSD run, your fists tend to get clenched with your hands. Ensure to take some time in freeing your arms and fists and you can even relax your shoulders down so that your upper body doesn’t become rigid.
- Cadence: There are runners who tend to strain themselves from running quite faster than their capacity to cover the distance in a shorter time. This is not necessary at all. Try to cadence while running rather striding your legs to cover the distance. Cadence is the number of time your foot strikes the ground while running. - Sufficient Sleep: The night before the day of your LSD run, ensure to get sufficient sleep. Sleepless nights will not allow your body and mind to focus on running and there is a possibility of serious injuries when you to attempt to do so. Sleep well to enjoy your Run.
- Body strengthening: Just running will not help you to achieve your goal. Strengthening your Upper body, Core and Legs is very much essential to facilitate your Running. Ensure to get a proper and structured training for Strengthening and make your physique more comfortable for Running.
