Practice Running: Running is normally considered easy provided it is done for a short distance. But when you are seriously looking at a Run in Marathon, then you need to train yourself properly to get eligible for Long Distance Running. You have to get trained on your Core, Leg Strength, Upper Body etc.. to ensure that you run easy for a long distance. But this training is a process and so do not push yourself too hard to get early results. That might sometimes results in injury which will take time to heal and completely hampers your goal of Running. Hence practice slowly but consistently. Ensure that you are gaining strength gradually like running without break for 3kms, 5kms 7.5kms and so on….  Don’t try to become a Marathon runner overnight and that is impossible too. Make it a consistent practice to develop passion in it instead of deriving unnecessary…
