Is it really possible to lose weight quickly? The age-old practice of starving may not be a viable solution. Yet some common sense practices may help like the natural methods that do not carry terrible side effects. What happens if you deprive yourself of food?
Make green tea a regular, daily habit
Many millions swear by coffee each morning. Similarly, green tea has many rewards in terms of health and weight loss is among them. The process of fat burning is expedited by many antioxidants known as catechins that increase the fat burning. The little quantities of caffeine that are present work together with the catechins.
Make vegetables and fruits a common consumption at meal times
The several positive aspects of a vegetable and fruit diet promote weight loss. Rich in fiber and containing water in large quantities, they contain limited calories. Increased nutrition and fullness for longer periods are among the benefits. Vitamins and minerals, proteins and carbonates are all their benefits.
Avoid excessive eating by drinking water
You should be drinking plenty of water on the way to weight loss! Drinking water can boost metabolism levels rapidly and thus burn calories in faster ways, according to research. Metabolism may increase 30% over 1.5 hours. Research also shows that drinking half a liter of water, maybe 30 minutes before food, will prevent the excess eating. As much as 44% more weight would be shed through such a method.
If not green tea, adopt black coffee
Coffee with its antioxidants is healthy in several ways. Coffee results in weight loss by encouraging fat burning by 15% and boosting metabolism levels by 6%. Take the coffee black with no additions.
Avoid frequent snacks and keep healthy food items available
Eating snacks often between meals also increases weight with fats and calories. Along with three meals, take two snacks in between. Avoid French fries and burgers or other items that contain sugar and sodium. In order to avoid the unhealthy stuff, keep fruits, nuts, and seeds around in the pantry.
More fiber, more proteins, and less carb
Fibers facilitate weight loss by keeping you full and the digestive system works well. Lean proteins in the diet promote weight loss too by promoting metabolism by 90 calories each day. You also feel full. A low carb diet also helps to shed weight and avoid side effects besides helping to stay healthy.
Eat smaller portions and walk a lot
Get mentally prepared to eat less each time. If excessively hungry between meals, eat an orange or apple rather than fried and sweet snacks. After waking, a glass of water with lemon is recommended, followed by a long walk. Give up white bread and chocolate drinks at breakfast. Oats and whole wheat bread should be fine. Insist on boiled or baked food and avoid fried stuff at lunch and dinner. Minimize cereals and go for pulses. Avoid rice or semolina but salads are good every time. End the day with a walk after dinner.
