As much as you train yourself for a healthy run, it is also equally important that you wear the right Running gears to avoid any injury. Running gears include your tees, shoes, Sunglasses, Hydration belt and so on. You have to be very conscious of what you wear as these accessories helps you a lot in offering comfort while running. The state can be vice versa if you are very passive about the running accessories. Read on for some tips on them.

Shoes:

Wearing a proper shoe is very important. Don’t use your normal shoes for running. Always be aware that when you run, your fingers tend to expand and eventually your normal shoes will be uncomfortable leading to swelling of fingers. Buy proper running shoes and feel the comfort of the shoe with a trial run. Usually, running shoes are 50% bigger in size than your normal shoes. Buy only those shoes which you feel comfort while running. This helps you to run that extra mile.

It is always better to buy two pairs of shoes so that you can rotate the usage of it. This will help in the durability of the shoe and make you feel very much comfortable to you.

Changing the running shoes at the right time is very important. You should be aware of when you need to replace your running shoes. You should not wait till it gets to wear and tear. Running shoes are supposed to be disposed or used for casual wear after a few kilometers of running. There are apps like Sports Tracker, Runkeeper which hints on the timing of replacing the running shoes.

Wearing the right fabrics: Your running tees should allow you to breathe well for a comfortable run. It is better to avoid cotton fabrics as they may excoriate your skin while running. It is better to use polyester fabric tees for running. They are so light that you may feel its presence on your body helping you to breathe well while running.

Bodyglide: Using bodyglide to avoid blisters or irritation is another important parameter to follow while running. You may apply vaseline or aquaphor or any other similar materials on your body to avoid chafing. Choose bodyglides which shall retain on your body for a longer time to avoid friction of your skin and the fabric you wear.

Hydration Belts: Use quality hydration belts. Do not stuff your belts with too many accessories adding up extra weight that can deter your running.
